Block party hosted by Fort Yuma Rotary. Jason and Elle will have two of their student bands on two different stages, beginning at 5:00 P.M. They will perform as part of the funk group Groove Jones with Rick Arviso (drums) and Dylan Arviso (bass) at 7:00 P.M.
